Take a Korean American chef, send him to work in pedigreed kitchens the likes of Masa & Daniel, and you’ll end up with incredibly tasty Korean tapas. This quaint Hell’s Kitchen spot has New Yorkers clamoring for its revisionist Korean cooking, especially the bulgogi sliders and korean fire chicken wings.   There’s a delicious kimchi fried rice paella, poached sablefish with spicy daikon or farmer’s market bibimbop with satur farm vegetables and bulgogi.  Skip the sake and order a glass (or two) of Korean soju or a spicy ginger margarita.
