Even one of the cocktails gets the smoke bath treatment: the “Smokin’ Bone.” This drink involves a homemade pineapple syrup that sits over smoldering wood for about 4o minutes before behind added to a smoky bourbon and lime juice mixture. A blend of chocolate bitters is added to bring a bit of earthiness to the beverage before a heavy dose of Tabasco sets the drink on fire.
