1 cup of walnuts
1 cup of almonds
1 cup of pumpkin seeds
6 dried apricots
½ teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 tablespoons of flour (any kind)
½ cup of honey
½ cup of rolled oats
1 cup of goji berries
Preheat the oven to 350F. Grind walnuts, almonds and pumpkin seeds in a food processor. Add the apricots and pulse the mixture few times, leaving some texture.

Mix well and spread mixture into an 8×8 pyrex baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Cut into squares.
