This time last year, it still felt pretty much like winter. But with spring seemingly having already sprung, we’re ready to doff our overcoats and don our bunny ears for Easter! The quintessential West Village restaurant is offering a three-course, $75 Easter brunch, including multiple high-end selections such as Spring Pea Soup with morels, English peas and ramps, Seafood Salad with lobster, octopus and sweet shrimp, Seared Hudson Valley foie gras with kumquat apple chutney, Grilled Lamb Chops with chard, cipollinis and creamy potato puree, and Gotham Chocolate Cake topped with salted almond ice cream, preceded by an optional Petrossian Caviar course of Royal or Golden Osetra, with traditional accompaniments.
