It ain’t easy to brand yourself on a classic American sweet, but this Chelsea Market shop has done just that with their famously dense and rich Fat Witch brownies.  There’s all sorts, including peanut butter, nut and blondie brownies.  For fall, they’ve got a super rich Pumpkin Brownie, but it’s probably not what you think.  This unique creation is a hybrid — a thin and dense brownie bottom with a cinnamon-dosed pumpkin cake on top.  As for calories, don’t even ask.  Just savor every buttery bite.
