If you’re inclined to all things pumpkin, you’ll want to go out of your way to sample Spiga’s Pumpkin Ravioli this fall.  This Upper East Side Italian has been quietly churning out serious Italian for years now.  None of their dishes quite a hold a candle to these warm, pillowy homemade ravioli, filled with a silky pumpkin puree, and delicately anointed with parmesan cheese and a balsamic vinegar reduction to offset the sweetness of this luscious fruit.
